Cyprus is my European pick for a November beach break. We enjoyed a peaceful swim at Nissi Beach and swimming in Gran Canaria too, while Alicante worked brilliantly for sunshine and playing in the sand. For warmer water, I would compare Egypt, with wind, waves and the rainy season in mind elsewhere.
